We are in the Hampton Inn in Burleson, Texas due to water damage in our house. We have been at the motel since 16 August 2025. We are extremely satisfied with the facilities and with the personnel we have interacted with. In particular, Sherri, Amy, Barbara, Michelle, Jeanne, Sonya, Gisela, Alicia and Kenneth have been marvelous. They have represented Hampton Inn by Hilton to 10 stars on a scale of five. I must say after a horrific experience last night at a nearby hotel, Corine here at the front desk has been absolutely amazing and fantastic. Above and beyond accommodating and helpful!! So greatly appreciated. Can’t say thank you enough!! Not to mention the quality, cleanliness, and simply the respect from staff. Keep up the beautiful work.

Make it make sense as to why a hotel won’t transfer the phone to a guest staying at the hotel??? Cell phone isn’t always an option . Crazy and dumb as hell

We’ve stayed here before and the customer service and rooms were great which is why we came back. We initially got a room and it didn’t have the fresh smell we’re used to and the linen had a strong odor. We checked in after 1am so we stayed in the room. We informed the desk when we went down for breakfast and Corine immediately took care of us. Now we’re in a room that smells fresh and clean. Thank you Corine for listening to our issue and coming up with a solution. We’re now comfortable and happy.
