We were very happy with our stay. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable!
Currently have been on hold with a representative for 34 minutes and 22 seconds at the front desk to cancel a reservation.
So the management for this hotel has them on all these restrictions that are not standard for the Hilton brand I have a big question, but whatever. They won’t hold car keys at the front desk for a group that have one car They won’t change your room, even though you’re changing to the same class of room while you’re staying for a week It’s kind of odd actually Makes me think they really don’t know what they are doing I am a diamond member.
