The air conditioning did NOT work. The front desk receptionist was rude, elevators were sketchy, making an extra drop whenever they stopped. They had no available rooms, because they were DOUBLE booked. Had to get a refund to go to the Hyatt place.

Picked for the location but didn't know they used the thinest glass windows so all you hear is the interstate traffic. Bathroom looks like it was put together by a five year old.. gaps all over the tiles and around the shower which leaks more from the facet handle than I've ever seen.. vent halfway up the wall so the ceiling is pealing. Really seems like an overpriced hotel when next door is 40$ less a night and you get in here to realize all this but it's already too late.

I went there for a school trip this past weekend and a girl I was rooming with threw up all over the floor. Hotel staff put in no effort to clean it while we were getting ready to leave. We were gone the whole day and the girl threw up again while we were out, no effort to clean it up. The floor was still wet when me and my roommates got back.
