The Ownership and Management team at this location is great. I have stayed there a few times for work over the years. The staff is always super professional, polite, and will go above and beyond to make it right if there’s anything less than perfect during your stay. They’ve been upgrading/renovating the rooms recently, I was able to stay in one of the new rooms this trip past trip and it was amazing. Looking forward to my next stay at this location! Thank you!!!
A MUST STAY if you are in the area!! Rooms are fresh and clean! From the moment you walk into this Hampton Inn, you feel very welcomed! Sonia and David, at the front desk, greet you warmly with laughter and professionalism! They are your first impression, first to greet! LOVE it here!!
WiFi does not work in room 219. Asked the hotel to move me to a different room for my 3rd and 4th night. First receptionist said “whoops, we don’t normally book people in that room that are staying more that one night”. Second receptionist said I can move rooms no problem, just need to get my personal items out in the AM and they’ll have a different room available when I get back in the evening.
