I had 2 rooms reserved, I got transferred back and forth with no courtesy to have my reservation day switched. The night shift lady with her bad attitudes and 0 customer service decided to just book one room with 2 queen size beds without canceling the reservation I tried to change the date for. Me and my family have to squeeze ourselves in just one room sleeping in beds that feel like are made of Rocks. Rooms-hotel were clean, met our needs and well maintained. MOST importantly, the staff had excellent customer service. They were kind, responsive, accommodating and guest centered. Who were they? Belle Kishana Lashana and Cinty Great crew! Thanks.
