This is my first time staying at this hotel. I love the quality associated with Hilton, but on this occasion, the service was very unpleasant. I was here for one night on a work trip, far from my home state, so all I expected was good service and a comfortable room where I could rest. We booked our room ahead of our travel, called the hotel the night before to ask about the potential of early check in due to an important appointment for my disabled husband and needing to prepare. All we were asking was for a 30 min early check in. We were told an early check in could not be guaranteed but the hotel was not at full occupancy that night. We ordered a king bed and sofa bed room but the sofa bed came with no pillows of its own when we asked for them at the front desk they said they didn’t have extra. But we weren’t asking for extra just what should come with the two beds we reserved. There was a huge cockroach in our room one of the nights my husband had to take care of. They say they will provide housekeeping every other night but we stayed 5 nights and they did not provide any services nor fresh towels until the third night and that was the only day out of 5... read more

Updated....I was notified of a response from the "owner "on my review, however I try and try to open it and it appears to since been deleted. Wonder why? Perhaps they were exactly how described and had to do so??? Our house burned down and when my boyfriend and I checked in with our 2 small dogs, I still smelled like smoke and we had no clothes or anything. Michelle was so sweet and helped out a lot.
