The person on the pohone had a horrible attitude
As a Silver member with a corporate card checking in a coworker for a business trip the amount of hassle we experienced when she was also listed on the reservation was clearly on purpose (and probably also included some blatant racism too) I can confidently say I will literally never stay at any Hilton affiliated hotels again. Not only was I required to email PHOTOGRAPHS of my ID and my credit card, it took over an hour of her sitting in the lobby when we had already checked in online.
