Staff appeared disengaged and unwilling to assist—room keys are prepared in advance, and a simple request to change floors was declined, apparently because reprogramming keys was deemed too much effort. The internet was down during my stay, and when I asked for the support number (per Hilton Honors’ guidance), the front desk had no idea such a resource existed. Did not do any house cleaning for 3 days pool was closed for the first 2 days on 3rd day it was open water was super cold hot tub was foaming real bad

Booked directly through Hampton Inn website. Booked a room with 2 queen beds, but it was list as 5 person occupancy. I need the 5 person occupancy for my family and Hampton Inn is one of the few hotels that can accommodate this at many locations, and I've done this many times and it is normal to have a pullout sofa available or a roll away bed provided.
