We had to move to move to this hotel in the middle of the night due to an issue at another hotel. I called beforehand to check availability and let them know my situation. The two gentlemen working the front desk were so kind and had everything ready for us when I walked in. They had amazing customer service and I will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area.
Great hotel. The room is nice, clean, and spacious. The front desk person is kind and eager to help.
El servicio del personal administrativo es muy amable, pero el de las personas que realizan la limpieza del cuarto no es tan bueno, la luz principal del cuarto no funcionaba, no podía apagar el aire acondicionado, la bañera se vaciaba y no duraba mucho tiempo llena, en general las condiciones de la habitación no son tan buenas
The lobby and halls look great. Run when you get to the filthy, smelly rooms, very poorly maintained. I talked to manager. For each complaint I made he said "ok". Then said "do you want me to check you out". No apologies, offer of assistance, nothing! We called HHonors and got outta there. See the disgusting photos.
Can’t say enough nice things about our stay here over our Spring Break. My kiddo is a Congenital Heart Defect warrior and a side effect is he cannot tolerate cold water very long before he turns bright blue. When I called several weeks ago to confirm the hotel has a working hot tub and indoor pool, I had the pleasure of speaking to Geoff.
