Gave 2 stars because the staff was great. But the hotel was not. It was undergoing reservations, elevators were scary all wires n everything hanging out. Plastic all on the floor n walls in the hallway like they were getting ready to wrap up a body. Pool was indoor n humid n greenish. There wasn't anything to do there at all.
The hotel is undergoing renovations on first floor so many amenities like business center is not working / not accessible, but how ever I needed to print something so help desk was so kind to help me after I send her emails, rooms are clean however breakfast is not up to HHonor scale, overall stay is good.
