Our stay was amazing. Service was great and the room was just what we needed. The rooms have a nice layout for relaxing and taking care of little business. Looks like a studio apartment. We really appreciated the good hot breakfast we had each morning and the friendliness of all the staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to make this our go to Hotel each time we visit.
Let me start off by giving KUDOS to the entire staff at Hampton Inn & Suites in Fort Mill SC. I recently got married in Ft Mill SC and was able to secure several rooms and well as the Conference Room for an event prior to the wedding. Allison...Allison the Manager at the Hotel is phenomenal. She crossed every "t" and dotted every "i". The Front Desk, the Breakfast Staff, the Housekeeping Staff and the Night Auditor was very engaging and very accommodating. It was definitely a place
Love the location, staff is very nice, but the room is where the problems begin. The sheets smell like they were left in the wash and were not very clean. No bag for the ice bucket so we couldn’t get any ice. Lastly we had to clean rim of toilet because brown stuff was found on it.
