This is nice, clean, basic hotel. The staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. It's not a luxury hotel, of course, but it does the job.
The stuff was so friendly and helpful.
Melanie was great. Donna needs to retire she was very rude and shows no human feelings. My husband passed away and she refused to give us our room back. Thank goodness Melanie came back in and it was taken care of right away. Donna does not know how to talk to people and she is not friendly. Otherwise the rest of the staff were super friendly. Housekeeping Aerial she did great cleaning our room. Thank you to everyone but Donna.
A convenient and clean hotel in downtown Florence.
