Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good. Love the cookies! I love that breakfast doesn't end until 10am. My only complaint is the bed is hard. It's an older hotel, but in good condition. I love that there's an indoor pool. The location is convenient.
I'm really trying to be kind here. The staff was super great, but the product is not what I would wish on anyone. Worst bed I've ever slept on. Worst breakfast I've yet to endure. I can't even describe how much I wanted to just... Leave this place.
Melanie is the nicest person I've ever met I'm going to make this hotel the popular spot for all the angeltrax employees to stay at.
Absolute 5 star customer service. When I arrived late for a two night stay, there was no parking available. The front desk attendant, Melanie, was determined to help. She moved her own car (only after I had pulled around in the parking lot, just in case) and gave me her space. Great customer service, at a solid property. This is my go-to place when I’m in Muscle Shoals!
This hotel is the best around, especially because of the service, Hayley Mile stood out, she's friendly, professional, and goes out of her way to make guests feel welcomed.
