Great experience!! Staff were so friendly and helpful!! They went above and beyond their duties.
Booked a room a month in advance, they said my room was locked in. Showed up, no your room will be on the bottom floors with a tree blocking the view from your room. They lied to me! As a Hilton honor member, I got no respect! Awful hotel!
