Manager Zach was rude my entire stay including the guy that checked me. He charged me twice for incidentals. Judge me as I walked in thru the door. Asking for a credit card to charge my full stay after I paid through a 3rd party. Stated “no you didn’t!” Calling me a liar. I told him yes I did and showed him my receipt. After 10 mins of him checking he said ok and didn’t tell me how much he was charging for incidentals. Proceeded to charge my card twice. Everything was great but a couple of little things. There was no clock in the room. I know everyone has a phone but a clock in the room makes a big difference. The mattress was very hard and no fans in the bathroom. The employees are very nice but my husband signed up for their rewards program and the employee got his name wrong and couldn't fix it for him. And this hotel was a distance away from the college which was wonderful so it wasn't noisy!!
The room was clean and comfortable and the service was very friendly. I enjoyed my one night stay.
