Walked in at 9:30 at night to get a room. There were 2 hotshot firefighters infront of me who were checking in to their rooms. Sweet, no problem, they will check in and then I can go to sleep. Approximately 15-20 more firefighters walked in after me. When it was my turn to check in I went up to the desk. The person at the desk AJ was pretty rude and told me he would not help me until he checked in the horde of people who came in after me. Our suite was very roomy & impeccably clean & tidy. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint is the choices on the TV channels....not great, but that's not something that would keep us from staying again.
Room was not ready at 3:00. Came back later and checked in. Front desk understaffed. Housekeeping seemingly understaffed. 6.5/10 room cleanliness (hair on soap dish, baseboards and corners neglected). Weird room layout. Office lighting, prefer some ambiance options or dimmers. Not terrible but there are better options.
