We enjoyed our stay, front desk is very welcoming and the rooms is clean and comfortable.
They messed up our bills significantly. Charged us $100 erroneously. We tried to get it taken care of at the front desk, and the front desk staffer went back to talk to the manager, but the manager refused to come out and actually meet with us to get it resolved. They said they got it resolved on the back end, but couldn’t provide us a bill statement showing that it was resolved.
