The room was very clean, the room was quiet and the beds were really comfortable.
Only reason for 3 stars. I was told there was a jacuzzi because it's cold and it would feel nice. April fools joke on me no jacuzzi and a nice swim in a chilling pool.
They charge for parking! $7.50. Even though on Priceline it’s says “free parking.” That’s not cool. The signs say they’re working on updating their online information, but reviews show they’ve been doing this for months. Be an honest business.
I arrived to find it was the wrong location. I spoke with the front desk and was told that my reservation would be refunded and I booked the Hampton Inn on Beulah Blvd. Then to find out it wasn't refunded was wrong. Yes, I booked it through a third party but for your front desk said it was going to be refunded. It's not like I didn't stay with Hampton. I have been a rewards member for a long time. Hoping you will make this right and honor my refund.
Beware: on booking sites it says “free parking” But they charge an additional $7.50 for parking! They claim they’re “updating their online details”, but according to the reviews they’ve been charging this for months. They claim it’s for security, but we never saw anyone out there. She ran my card for incidentals, and I asked if she was also running it for the parking fee. She said “no, it’s added.” ???? But next morning our card was charged for parking.
