Our room had bugs(roaches)and the front desk didn't care. Unfortunately we didn't see them until the morning and we were only staying 1 night,so we left after informing the front desk, they acted like we were crazy for being upset. I emailed the corporate office and they did actually call me, but all they did was give me points towards another stay. Im never staying at a Best Western again so the points are useless. I think I at the very least deserve partial refund but they weren't going to do that. So inspect your room car... read more
