Location is great, right off I-95 with a number of places to eat close by. Room was a Hampton Inn room. It needed some attention - the shower head was busted but functional, and I don't know why Hampton Inn has chosen to make all bathroom doors into these sliding panels but I hate it - but it did the job. We didn't interact with the staff much (digital check in and key) but when we did they were always pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was the standard Hampton Inn fare which is always pretty good. Night employee Kaneeza was extremely helpful. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste, and Kaneeza was very nice assisting me with getting a toothbrush and toothpaste she was very kind.

Very nice stay for my family for one night, but that wasn’t even the best part. The best part was Angela’s warm and inviting personality during breakfast. She went out of her way to learn my kids’ names and was so nice to us. She needs a raise, and I highly recommend this hotel for a clean, friendly experience.

Pros: Clean, modern decor and spacious. I felt like I was in a loft apartment! Cons: I have allergies to pet dander and pets are allowed to stay at the hotel! It would be nice if they had rooms for people who have allergies

Called to see if they have cribs since i was traveling with my 2 month old daughter. Lady picks up the phone i ask she says what i repeated to say if you guys provide a crib or bassinet since im traveling with a 2 month old. She hangs up on me so i thought maybe connection lost called back she hung up on me again did it 5 times so i had my wife called phone rang non stop for 10 mins then was picked up an hung up again this happen on sat 5/30 10/11 pm stayed across at the tru hotel.
