I thought it was appropriate to leave some honest feedback about this hotel management in hopes they will learn from their mistakes and to become more customer and not policy focused. We have stayed at this location before and as the president of my company I promoted this location for my employees who travel to this city often. This hotel was an abysmal disappointment of a place that people are allowed to sleep. Firstly, I was not allowed to take the complimentary TVs from the hotel room and was threatened to have the feds called when I tried to do so, Second, steak and lobster was not provided like I saw on an ai generated Facebook post and the username of the person was “fakenews6741”. I will never be staying here again and I will also not be hitting the RahPshhh (a funny bowser meme) in the lobby.
