We were at Hampton Inn January 17th and 18th. Pool was extremely cold and hot tub was very dirty. Went to the breakfast both mornings at 8am and no one was around to refill food or beverages. Finally saw someone at 930am taking what little food was left away. And no couldn’t find someone at the front desk to help. My room bathroom door didn’t stay shut or lock. Bathtub the paint was peeling off. Actually had to put a extra blanket around the heater as it was blowing cold air from the outside in the room.

I found it with lots of parking right off the bat. I found my room very clean the bed very comfortable the hotel very quiet. I found the staff were fantastic. The breakfast in the morning was exactly what I needed. It was a great stay all the way around definitely have to give it a five star rating

Their rooms needs an upgrade, when my family stayed there last week it was very cold, windchill feels like -33 and cold air is entering our room. It is in between the spaces of their heater. My husband called front desk he just asked for an extra blanket to cover the spaces in between the heater. We waited for half an hour but no one came. He decided to go down to the reception and they finally gave him a blanket. We wanted to move to a different room but my kids were sleeping already.
