Rooms were clean and service was good. Only criticism was a homeless person laid down on the couch while have breakfast in the morning. This guy got up and started coughing and spitting in a garbage can. It was pretty gross.
Fantastic experience! The staff is very professional and the only issue we had they were able to take care of immediately.
Room walls are paper thin and hear nothing but noise and other rooms all night long, and my stay was on on Monday Night. The desk clerk on Monday evening 3/9/26 was absolutely wonderful, the one at 7am on 3/10/26 really needs to understand sometime human kindness is very beneficial… Extremely Rude.
The rooms were clean and the location was good. Unfortunately while we stayed there, the front desk allowed a group of kids to play hockey in the lobby even though there were other parties in there conversing. Complaints were made several times but the hockey game was permitted until 10pm. We will be staying elsewhere in the future.
