Nice rooms, great staff, great location!
My husband and our kids had to go to Fargo for my sons surgery, the front desk lady I don’t know her name she has dark purple hair very rude to me thought I was stupid and didn’t care that I worked in health care because I had asked if they do health care discounts I was told No! And they only do patient discounts I showed her proof and she gave us a discount my husband then went downstairs to ask if they do late check outs and she looked at him as if he were asking something stupid she said the latest they could do is noon.... read more
Room was not vacuumed. Women at front desk at checkout was NOT friendly. HELICOPTERS shook the building for hours about every 20 minutes. Would never go back. Positive note, large parking lot compared to other hotels we have been at lately. The young man who made breakfast did a great job.
It was great except the front desk night staff was a little rude
Definitely could use some updates but it was clean and quiet. Great breakfast and the staff was terrific.
