As a long time loyal Hilton Honors member I haven’t ever been this disappointed about a stay. The tile floor in the room was sticky, there was a bug on one of the towels in the bathroom, there were blood stains on the bedding, the remote was broken, and the fridge cabinet was also broken. I immediately went down to ask for a new room, but they were booked so I had to settle for the front desk receptionist swapping out the linens. Place was clean and the shower was awesome.
No light switch for the bathroom to shut the light off. Stayed on all night. Location removed all luggage racks. Fourth floor ice machine hasn’t worked in eight weeks. This Hampton Inn is not up to the Hilton standards.
