7/24/25-7/25/25. Room 103. Awakened a little after 4AM to find a bed bug crawling on me. Reported it to the front desk and promptly left. General manager Kristie Beck told me she would refund my payment for the night's stay but never does. Please be aware this place is a dump. We booked through Expedia and paid for an accessible room which we needed. The cost was extra for the room we requested only to get there and receive a lesser room at the same price. Open the door and there is a bucket catching a large leak from the ceiling. The room smelled of mold everywhere and my spouse, who is immune compromised, couldn’t breathe all night. Just Meh... I guess I got spoiled by the same hotel chain in Stillwater. Th staff is friendly but hard to find at times. The breakfast leaves you craving a snack or ready for lunch. The waffles are good, but everything on the hot bar seems microwaved and flavorless. The rooms could use some updating or maybe just maintenance. Mold in the bathroom around tub that was just caulked over and wall paper peeling. The hallway on the second floor has a strong smell of burning electrical.
