First time I had to get out of a hot tub, because I was cold. Spent several nights there and the hot tub was more like a comfortable pool temp the entire time. Staff was friendly and rooms seemed clean.
The worst Hampton I’ve ever stayed at. We’ve stayed at several. The employees acted as if it was an inconvenience to actually do their job. We waited all day for our towels and had to ask 3 times. There weren’t even barely anyone else staying there. There was Mac & Cheese in the elevator. My family member informed the front desk & they said to her, “I’m too busy, maybe you should clean it up.” I was shocked. Busy doing what??? Being lazy?
