Really used to trust this brand. But here lately... I will not stay here again. The AC in the room was wet and not cold. Then you notice there is no AC in the common areas on floors 2, 3, and 4. Why was I in all three areas...b/c the ice machines were not operative. One elevator had a bad smell in it like: "human fluid on the carpet" smell. My remote needed new batteries which they replaced. STAY AT ANY OTHER HOTEL! I was not informed prior to checking in on mobile that there are smoking rooms at this hotel. I am extremely allergic to cigarette smoke and upon entering my room i was immediately hit in the face with an overwhelming odor that caused my eyes to start tearing up. Besides the odor the room was completely disgusting. All soft surfaces (couch, chairs, bed, pillows, etc.) were covered in what looked like decades worth of visible stains. the bathroom was not clean either. I always stay at the Hampton and I will always enjoy my stays. But this place was something else smelly, musty, stinky room, wet carpet, and no hot water. When I complained the lady at the front desk told me to adjust the water. This was laughable like I couldn't think of that on my own very disappointed.. We were tired and weary, so we went ahead and stayed the night. I took a lukewarm shower and left the next morning.. I guess I better find a new go to hotel when vacationing.
