This hotel is in a great location and the staff is kind. The issue is it really needs to be updated. We are staying in over 14 different hotels, and we were surprised to see this. We had higher expectations for it. The AC really didnt work well and the room was muggy. The biggest issue was the stains on the ceiling and furniture. The hot tub was way off and the pool was cold.

These people don't know how to treat customers. In the end, Hilton is sending me a refund check. Avoid. Incompetent. Rude. The owner posted the "trying to find your file" line. This is a lie. Hilton sent me a refund check. I know you know that I stayed there. I'm diamond reserve. I am owed a 4:00 checkout. I asked for a 12:00 checkout, didn't get it. Mediocre Stay We had to move to the Hampton Inn in Enid after staying at another absolutely vile hotel, so the Hampton was definitely a major improvement in cleanliness. Unfortunately, our stay was still pretty disappointing. We specifically booked here because we wanted to use the hot tub, only to find out that it wasn’t working.
