The staff are very friendly and professional they have always been such a help during my stay in El Paso I highly recommend for anyone looking for a family/budget friendly place to stay
We loved our stay! The hotel & room were incredibly clean!!! I didn’t find anything dirty or wrong with it. I am extremely picky about where I stay and I’m so glad I chose here for our stop in El Paso. As soon as you walked in the room you a get clean room smell. I didn’t find a single unknown hair or foul smell like I’ve seen in other hotels. Great Hotel!! Swimming Pool and area are very well kept and clean. The only thing they need to work on is keeping up with the crowd during breakfast hours. I have noticed when traveling to other Hampton properties they have more than one team member refilling and servicing the area. Overall it was a comfortable stay.
Irasema! Irasema! Irasema! Any time I asked for anything Irasema provided it with a smile. At one point she wasn't at work anymore and she had a colleague deliver a note with taxicab companies for me and my sister, because we inquired about taxi services to the military base. Thank you Irasema for going above and beyond. We appreciate you!
