All I can say is that I was extremely impressed with this hotel. Briana truly made my day by allowing me to check in early. I was in town visiting some friends in the hospital, and her graciousness was greatly appreciated. I have stayed in thousands of hotels in this category, and I must say—this was the best experience I’ve ever had. My only minor issue was the inability to fully turn off the air-conditioning unit. I was told that the fan continues to run, even after selecting "off," due to a built-in dehumidifier function.... read more
Truly enjoyed our stay here. Love the spacious room, clean and quiet, with hot breakfast (vegetarian friendly). Gym was great for work out. Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again if we visit Durham next time.
