I had the privilege of staying at this hotel over the weekend, and it was a wonderful experience. When I arrived, Jonathan assisted me with check-in, and the process was smooth and easy. He was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. My room happened to face the road, so there was some traffic noise. I called the front desk, and Karen was incredibly kind and helpful. She personally brought me earplugs and offered other suggestions to make my stay more comfortable. I had a great experience staying here. I stayed here for 2 world cup games and I loved that they decorated the lobby with everything World Cup it added to the feeling of excitement for being there! The service was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were very clean. The gym was kept clean and has plenty of machines and free weights. The breakfast was great. While I had taken my bathing suit, I did not use the pool but it did seem like it was well kept. I would stay here again. My pictures don't do it justice. It was really nic... read more
