Very disappointing experience. I stayed at the hotel for five days, and not once was my room cleaned — not even after I specifically requested it. I never placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, yet housekeeping still failed to service the room throughout my entire stay. When I raised the issue at the front desk, the only response I received was, “Oops, that’s unfortunate,” without any real solution or follow-up. This level of service is unacceptable and far below what one would expect during a multi-day stay.
Rooms clean, comfortable bed, great bfast, staff polite.
We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn by Hilton & Suites Duncanville Dallas, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming; exactly what you hope for when traveling. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh options that made our mornings easy and enjoyable. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay very relaxing. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
