I informed them when i made my booking that i had a small dog. I expected a pet fee, but not $75! I wanted to cancel everything, but no refund. $270 total for a motel room on a Dumas highway. NOT A GOOD VALUE! Staff was apologetic and polite, but said it was a corporate policy. I’ll never stay here again.
