I have had great experience at the downtown Minneapolis location near Target Center, but the downtown St. Paul location was a different experience. Their service over the phone is terrible. They were rude and uncooperative. I was unable to speak to one of their employees effectively, as she consistently interrupted and gave zero information to help. Minneapolis location is great and would definitely recommend.
This location is FANTASTIC if you're interested in staying close to the Capital area and City Center, but valet parking and constantly needing to wait for that process is never fun
I didn’t stay at this hotel but we were here for Hockey and a lot of our friends stayed here. I found out the same Valet company works for the Hampton and felt obligated to share my experience since the valets at the Intercontinental were so great. We drove from the intercontinental to the Hampton Friday afternoon. The Valets greeted me before I even had put my car into park.
