Hotel was very clean. Staff was great. James and the valet team made it easy to come and go.
Room was cleanish but still dirty. Everyone had a smile. Ladies at the desk were super helpful. Valet guys were awesome and quick.
There's no where to sit down and smoke. That's why location and overall get -a star. I do realize that you can't put a bench on the street because of the street derilects that it would attract but surely you could do something to accommodate smokers. Everything else was wonderful. Great helpful And friendly staff. Good room accommodations.
Great stay over the summer. If you need to valet or park your car in the front with Elijah and AB ; you're in great hands !!! Exceptional customer service from everyone on staff here.
