I have stayed here at least 10 times. But until last week was not super impressed. However had some major issues and I believe her name is Nicole who had just started working there the day before, she took it upon herself to accept responsibility for our concerns and stated she would have them addressed. By the time we ate dinner came back everything had been addressed and made right, she caught us in lobby on way back to room greeted us by name.
