Nothing at this hotel works and no one cares. The ACs work and keep it much more comfortable than outside but not the normal ice box you expected in a hotel. I’ve machine water dispenser-doesnt work. Water dispenser in the lobby-doesnt work. When you speak to staff do they care or offer you complementary water to fill your bottle or jug, nope. They offer one complementary bottle and thats it.

I left my Harley Davidson cap in the room, I contacted Hampton inn after I was 2 hours down the road. They said no problem we will get that cap in the mail for you,,***UPDATE **** Jennifer the manager personally called me to verify my mailing address and offer to mail my cap back to me!!! How wonderful is that!!!! The Hotel is very nice, room was super clean too. I enjoyed the Casino right next door and had a very nice meal. Thanks again Hampton Inn Dodge City. I left my Harley Davidson cap in the room, I contacted Hampton inn after I was 2 hours down the road. They said no problem we will get that cap in the mail for you,,,,well a few says later some company emailed me and asked a few questions and told me the price would be $93 to ship it!!!! I told them to enjoy my cap and stick it!!!!! What a crock!!!!! It ruined an otherwise good experience.

The hotel was very nice. What made this hotel a great place to stay was the staff. They were positive, friendly, and very helpful.
