Allowed me to book online 3 weeks prior to my family flying into Biloxi and told me they could not book locals on the morning of check-in. This hotel was booked for family members coming in from out of town at a special rate . The purpose of their visit was to help take care of our sick family members. Breakfast is great, nice rooms, ideal location. Ive stayed multiple times and it's still a great hotel and staff, in an ideal location.

This hotel is nice and the customer service is great but you can hear the noise coming from other rooms. You can also hear the kids playing down the hallways too. If you don’t mind the noise from other rooms or from kids playing in the hallways, this hotel is okay for you.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The property is extremely clean and well-cared for. The staff goes above and beyond for anything you need. Breakfast was amazing. My room was spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel!
