I got a suite for my wife, daughter and her kids. They were in town visiting family. First, whenever I have reserved a room for another person, I put their name on it and they don’t have any trouble checking in. This hotel treated them like they were criminals and was not going to let the check in even though my wife’s name was on the reservation.
