I was treated less of a human being by the person that I found out later was the Manager. Hospitality should not be associated with a person whom treat people the way he treated me. He even offered me a refund and said I could got to another hotel. I felt humiliated and embarrassed. Definitely does not represent the Hilton’s brand!
Friendly staff, provided classic MI snacks upon arrival which i really appreciate being a former michigander. Great location next to Meijer and restaurants. Only negative was the breakfast with peppers in the eggs. Suggest just plain eggs or even breakfast sandwiches such as croissants or biscuits. Also, their was no clock in the room which is essential to all travelers. No clock in the room is a show stopper for me.
Mitchell at the front desk has a very disgusting attitude & exhibits very nasty behavior, he slammed down my room keys after the room I booked & paid for wasn’t available & I wasn’t notified it wasn’t available until I got all the up to the room
