Very very bad hotel I book for one night they did not let me check in until after 3pm and check out 12pm which is less then 12hours And the room was dirt and unprepared no sop or shampoo or anything I paid $140 for last then 12hours the customer service very bad we ask for sop they did not give us and she give us the worst room all the way back
The staff was phenomenal! But the pool closed at 8 on the weekend and didnt open until 10am. Wrist bands were also required. If this is overall Hampton/Hilton new policy I will switch to a different hotel chain. The room was beautiful but the environmental control was outdated and didn't work.
Hotel is ideally located behind a Taco Bell and across the street from Culver's and a Meijer. Hotel room was neat and clean. Breakfast buffet offers a hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, country potatoes, and sausage patties. Make your own hot waffles also available along with other continental breakfast type items. Staff was attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
This location has been renovated and I had a great experience and stay at this location.
Caleb was amazing from the beginning he made sure everything is working fine and went above and beyond. Thank you Caleb for making our stay better.
