Great service, really nice rooms, and the pricing is in line
Convenient to the convention center and downtown. Valet parking is $60/day! The check-in process when we arrived (Friday afternoon with a reservation) when they were fully booked was chaotic, to say the least. There was confusion about what rooms were clean and which ones weren't (we got sent to one that wasn't clean first after waiting 30 minutes). My shirt was stained by wet paint Hilton maintenance team used to fix up blemishes on their desks in a room I stayed. HUGE props to the supervisor on duty for addressing and resolving this mishap—5 stars all around for her. Much appreciated and thank you!
