Let me tell you above all, the breakfast and the service of the woman running breakfast, to notch hands down. They had many options for breakfast. Eggs, potatoes, sausages, bagels, toast, toppings for both & a double toaster. They had 3 different kinds of cereal, two types of milk. Juices, water, coffee, tea. Fruit baskets, and they had a waffle bar with this wonderful woman making waffles for everyone AND she was cleaning everything, came around with water and cups for everyone, AND threw our trash away. OMG!! I had a previous room booked somewhere else that had some hiccups, which is how I wand up at the Hampton. It was inviting, welcoming, and such an amazing feel. The topper for me was something so small but so big. On the TV, it had Welcome and my last name. That put the biggest of biggest smile on my face. It's the little things that leave such a big impression.
My Mother and I enjoyed a nice stay. We had a minor issue upon check-in with the wrong charge on cc and did not get the funds returned immediately. This is the only downside, however the positive side, rooms were prestine and housekeeping, superb. Ok the rooms are clean and nice however the AC don't work properly, it get cold for a little bit then hot, I called for help but the guy told me that that's how it works 🤔. The 2 ladies in the front desk, why they never smile? I felt afraid to ask something because she looks so mean, and why wear a hoodie?? If you are going to work as the face of your hotel you have to dress properly and smile!!!!!!!!!
