No room service in 5 days despite their own portrayal that housekeeping services are provided every other day. Room was very dark. There's no ceiling lights- just the lights by the bed and one by the desk. No swimming pool. Closed without any indication as to when it would be open again. Half the time, there is nobody at the front desk. Fridge was warm when we arrived and it took two full days for it to get cold. There will be no TV if it's pouring out. The staff here is awesome. We had a problem in our original room, and they apologized and moved us to a bigger room, without hesitation. That means a lot these days. I would stay here again without hesitation. The complimentary breakfast is yummy and they allow animals.
This is worst experience ever,when we arrive around 7pm,no staff at desk,wait until the only staff show up,told us the swimming pool is down,unfortunately.when we get into the room on fourth floor ,the AC is making horrible noise,head downstairs to ask a room change,no staff there again,after another wait,he give us another room on second floor,head to the room to find a horrible smell in it,had to go downstairs the third time,the staff is obviously unhappy,saying there is no room available,either he cancel the reservation,o... read more
