Basically ever common area had a sign of something not working during our stay and it was just frustrating. The key reader for the back door didn't work with the app. The fitness center needed to contact the front desk for entry. They ice machine was out of order. We were there with our kids they went to go into the pool and the level of chlorine in there was unbearable. It was to the point I would say dangerous. Hotel is decent for the price. Good location and comfortable beds. Room was a little worn. Noisy kids running around unattended was irritating and wish the staff would have asked them to stop. Breakfast was decent but juice very watered down and gross tasting.
Always love staying here. Rooms are clean, staff is always super friendly and helpful. Always. That's why we drive out of our way to stay here on our frequent road trips.
Dependably clean and friendly accommodations. Room was very good and staff were polite and professional.
