The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. This place is disgusting. I’m a loyal Diamond member and I’ve ever experienced anything like I did here with regard to lack of cleanliness, and hostility from the staff. The majority of the reviews here are written by the staff and their friends. Cydnee and Terrance at the front desk are beyond unprofessional and got an attitude and became hostile with me for asking for towels and toilet paper. The hotel has a great location. The service, buffet (hot buffet), and the rooms are great! Shout out to cydnee and terrance! They have been extremely welcoming and accommodating ! Would give an additional star for the courtesy they have extended!

I've stayed at this location 2-3 Xs. The customer service is wonderful and the place is very clean. The staff is always professional and polite. I've never eaten breakfast because I sleep in but I always grab coffee and it's good! No complaints. I wish all hotels were like the Hampton Inn in Richardson TX!

The front desk staff were courteous, attentive, and polite. Although there was a broken lightbulb in the room, the front desk responded quickly and came to replace it. I also appreciated that this was the only hotel that read my message before arrival and placed two bottles of water in the room. In addition, this hotel is one of the few Hilton properties I have stayed at that offers both oranges and apples, which was a nice touch.
