Reserved a room 4 days ago. When we arrived they said they gave our room away because we arrived to late.
Place made us reserve our room we drove 6 hrs arrived @ 1130pm just for them to tell us they gave our room to someone else

Tanya at the front desk is the only problem with this entire hotel! Terrance was great when I told him about her issues and she was on her best behavior on the days that she worked with him! He’s gone again today! And I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism! There is nothing in her that qualifies her for customer service! I cannot ask for anything without complete attitude! I tried to let it go because Terrance was so nice when she came around the desk to my one year old daughter but I have zero sympathy for... read more
