First time staying: Great stay - right near office where I work - only note is to please remember to honor status with free snack/drink for Diamond members - thank you Second time staying: adjusting down due to the following: (1) no mention of free snack/drink item for diamond members, (2) requested housekeeping for my specific room but there was none, room felt worn/tired since my last stay
The biggest sellers about this place were helpful front desk, a great continental breakfast, a lovely outdoor pool, comfy bed, and it smelled good everywhere. There could've been more pillows and a cooler elevator. Thats literally all I could find wrong. We'll be staying here again and again
