Bait & switch - booked one category of room, called to confirm day of, and when arrived told not available and put in a lower grade room... Pool was closed "due to unforseen circumstances" (like lack of cleaning, and hot tub tiled over?)
A little less than a month ago me and my family visited Texas and it was pouring rain to the point where the street that this hotel was located at lost power. And we were not able to check into the room and told that it would come back on at 11, during that time my phone was about to die and I went to ask the front desk person if they had a usb (had a portable charger but it wasn’t the right cord) he willing gave me his personal portable charger without asking! I wanted to bring a serious concern to your attention regarding my recent stay. Room #304 had an unpleasant odor during my visit. Upon leaving the next morning, I noticed mushrooms growing on the floor behind the ice machine on the 3rd floor, directly across from the elevators. This is clearly a health and safety hazard that needs immediate attention. I trust your team will investigate and take the necessary corrective actions as soon as possible.
