I was checked in by a nice man & I'm sorry, can't remember his name but I felt very welcome & received a welcome bag with waters for my room! I incounteted a small issue, and it was handled promptly by Ms. West and she, too, was so very nice & checked on my during the rest of my stay. My room was nice & clean & the breakfast every morning was awesome! I'll definitely return back!!
This hotel and staff have been a respite for me during my stays almost every week since March, 2026 while I have been caring for my mother. The staff's professionalism provided the ease of reservations, check ins, quality of room, and the good selection of breakfast items made each day better. Huge shout out to Rudy for accommodating my schedule. The hotel is within walking distance of good restaurants and shopping.
Room was great. No way to adjust the air conditioning but everything else was great. If you see Marc at the front desk tell him tje tomagachi lady says Hi
