Marc at the front desk was great! After a 4-hour drive, he greeted us with a smile and even asked if we needed a luggage cart. Check-in was fast and easy, which was a nice surprise. I also noticed he treated every guest with the same friendly attitude. Marc, if you see this, thank you for being so kind and helpful. It made our stay start off on a great note!
We were very impressed with our stay at this Hampton by Hilton. The room was spacious and included a comfortable sitting area, a desk, a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom was large with a nice walk-in shower, and the blackout shades made for a great night’s sleep. The beds were very comfortable as well. The lobby was warm and inviting with plenty of seating to relax, and the staff was friendly from the moment we arrived (especially Marc). The highlight ….. The staff are remarkable!! Seriously high quality customer service and hospitality. Very nice, both at check in and during our stay. Service was 10/10!! Update: knocked to 4 stars because they don’t have daily housekeeping unfortunately - when you’re with a family, trash piles up and towels get dirty quick…
My truck was vandalized in the parking lot while I was traveling. They have cameras, but they claimed they couldn’t do anything about it. My digital key never worked either. It was a really bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.
