Absolutely no customer service! The lady at the front refused our entry bc we pushed the call button after several minutes of waiting for someone to come up front! Then was refused entry bc of us pushing the button to get her attention! Had to have cops called an all! The attendant sat at the desk laughing and mocking us the entire time!
Dawn is an incredibly hospitable person who represents the Hampton extremely well! Her skills are impeccable and she delivers top tier service that keep me coming back!
Wonderful stay! Clean rooms, kind service, great breakfast and waffle bar! In a clean and safe location right next to restaurants and anything you need!!! Really appreciated their kindness the whole stay!
The staff here is exceptional. Comfortable room/ bed, great shower. Amazing breakfast. Even an outdoor pool. Very close to event center. Affordable rates. Nothing not to love!
