ALICIA the front desk agent was the most professional and helpful + kindest agent ! We waited 3 Hours because of Expedia messing up and she kept helping us get that situated all while providing the best customer service to all other guest. Thank you to her!!!!!!!!!
We stayed at this place from July 26th to July 28th and had a comfortable visit. Our room was a king-size bed suite. The bathroom, bed, kitchen, and furniture were all clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered various options. Alicia was at the counter to help us check in. She was prompt and very friendly when I called for extra towels! Thank you for welcoming us and making us feel heard during our visit.
We just stayed at this location for our sons Special Olympics Met and the staff, especially Alicia was amazing. Thank you for great service. Highly recommend this hotel.
Lots of standard chain restaurants around here. Pretty good recently remodeled Hampton Inn. The breakfast eggs are still powdered…like Army eggs. But a good value, especially compared to the extortionist rates of hotels these days.
We utilized one of their conference rooms and the staff was exceptional. We spent some time chatting with the manager there and he went above and beyond. We will hold future meetings at this location
