UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE – BEWARE! Please note that I have stayed at this property before with a great experience. I don't know if management changed but it sucks. I reached out a day prior to checking in and Eva or Elva concerning early check in and digital key/contact-less checkin. Front desk stated if available on morning of. Staff is very rude. I only had a short interaction with the front desk but it wasn’t pleasant. It seems like they hate their job. I will not stay here again.
