Dear Hilton Honors Team, I would like to raise a concern regarding my recent stay, which unfortunately fell well below expected standards. During my stay, there was no hot water in the room, and the air conditioning was not functioning. Despite reporting these issues, no alternative solution or room change was offered. Disgusting in-room coffee maker. So grateful I examined before using! Attached photo shows the mold filled water reservoir. Video included to show this is from the coffee maker in the room. This was a late arrival/early departure stay for me; wanted coffee while I got ready for the day. No time to report and get replacement. Paid over $200 for 1 night in this room.
I wanted to share my experience with everyone, this location has unbelievable staff who truly go up and beyond for their guests. I accidentally ordered the wrong food to the wrong location and a staff member kindly offered to take it to the other location. Absolutely amazing customer service, and this alone has retained me as Hampton Inn guest. Thank you whoever you are! Hampton service winner!!
