My experience at this Hampton Inn was below subpar at best. The rooms were decent for the most part, but one of the days during our stay housekeeping totally neglected to come clean out rooms even after we specifically asked them too. They said our rooms weren’t on the list, and when I asked the front desk about it all they could say was you have full service, we don’t know why they didn’t come clean which was an unacceptable answer. The rooms are nice, clean and affordable. The staff at this hotel make it worthwhile. My wife just had hip surgery and they got us in a handicap room and loaned us a wheelchair to use. Thank you, Alejandra and Ricardo.

Canceled my room after check-in. They had a bed bug issue a week or so prior and my family wasn’t going to chance it. I was willing to receive the late cancellation fee. However, over a month later and I haven’t received any refund for my two night stay.. shame.
