We traveled from Upstate NY to visit our grandchildren. We booked room 2 months in advance. When we got there they gave us our room keys and they watched us take a lot of luggage to the elevator. We got to the room and when we opened the door it was 91 degrees inside. Called the front desk and they said they would send someone up. Was great for location near my son's tournament
We stayed 5 nights and everyday it was always something. For 3 days straight we asked for the AC to be fixed since it wouldn’t go below 75 degrees. They never fixed it, so the room stayed 74-75 degrees. Cleanings: We asked for extra towels each day and never received them. They even “forgot” to clean our room. We called down for a new iron one morning, because the one we had in the room was broken. After an hour waiting, we asked again. It took almost 2 hrs to get an iron.
