That's one of the worst experiences worst part, my room was 80°.We asked multiple times within the fix it.They gave us a fan.The fan made it to where we could at least sleep we Have a baby and she woke up hot .id leave but I've already paid.I hate it so much.I've been threatened by the staff.Do not let them valley your car. Do NOT Book a room at this location. For one is downtown and I can get over that part but when we arrive to the hotel at 3:15, they told us that the room still were not ready as they had a full house the night before. I feel like that is not an excuse as I expected To be able to check in since it was after 3pm. Then the man at the front desk said that the Wi-Fi was out and didn’t have an ETA as they will be back up. Work trip for 5 nights, wifi was out of service for 4 of them. Staff were not apologetic nor communicative. House keeping only came once. Valet was a mixed bag, sometimes great, sometimes they forgot my request or were unapproachable. Gym has brand new equipment. Nice central location.

Ottima posizione, camere ampie e pulite all'arrivo e buona colazione. Troppo caro il servizio del parcheggio. Ho preferito parcheggiare, a meno di metà del loro prezzo, al parcheggio pubblico vicino, raggiungibile in due minuti a piedi.

Very disappointed with this stay. We arrived shortly after the 3 PM check-in time and it is now almost two hours later and we are still waiting for our room. The room was booked and prepaid in advance. We planned our evening around being able to check in at 3, so this has completely thrown off our plans. The receptionist has been kind and we understand there are concerts and events in Dallas this weekend, but that does not really excuse having guests wait hours past check-in for a room that was already paid for.
