I had a terrible experience at another hotel, so I switched mid trip to the Hampton Inn & Suites. All of the front desk staff that I interacted with were very kind. My room was clean, quiet, and large. The fire pit area is also very nice. I did not utilize the pool, but they said it was open 24hrs which is a nice feature. They had the typical breakfast which was fine for me, I just had toast and coffee. I will likely stay here again on my next DFW trip.

*Diamond Members look for Honesty* We were so excited to stay here. The renovations are lovely. But quite frankly, when traveling weekly for 30 years, one becomes discerning as to who is willing to hold to a standard of customer care. That is, honesty, integrity, and an accommodating attitude.
