VERY nice hotel!
Booked a block of rooms and meeting rooms at this location. Jennifer, Director of Sales, was so professional and accommodating throughout the entire process and stay. My team raved about the customer service and accommodations. Location was perfect and the facilities at the hotel were great.
Check in online made traveling with kids much easier. Indoor pool was open 24/7. Very clean and comfortable. Kind and helpful staff.
The customer service was definitely on par with the Hilton brand. I am only a Silver member and was given 2 complimentary bottles of water. Traveled with my dog and was not treated any differently. The rooms were clean and as were the bathrooms. The hotel could definitely use some upgrades.
