Nice place but the handicap chair to get in the pool didn't work and staff didn't know how to use it. It should be working so everyone can enjoy the pool.
For a Hilton member it was worse experience ever !!!!!!!! what ever front desk guy name was!! He should not work here it’s a shame for Hampton to hire rude people like him !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hotel is very clean!!!!!!! 10 stars !!!!! location 5 stars
I give 5 star, my prefeer hotel for stop during long trips., very nice, beautiful. Amazing courtesy from front desk and service team. Clean rooms, quiet floors, im a hhonor diamon member, this hotel is very special for me, so far my prefered hotel near airport DFW.
Can't say enough about the staff especially Esperanza the breakfast host. Very friendly and helpful!! 5 Stars
I stayed at this hotel for five days, during that time my room was never cleaned. On the second day I got back to my room in the evening and noticed that a "Do Not Disturb" sign had been hung on my door plus a number of others on the same floor. I complained and was told it would be cleaned the next day, it wasn't. When I checked out I complained and was offered some loyalty points as an apology, that never happened either.
