Best Hilton property near DFW. I have stayed at many. Property is clean. Rooms are nice. Staff is AMAZING! Kudos to shuttle driver (JP) he goes beyond with handling luggage. Kareean at front desk has great personality and customer service skills. This is now my go to hotel for DFW
I want to preface this by saying that the shuttle drivers and the lady who ran the breakfast were exceptional! Five stars to them. But, this was a weird stay. I was at this hotel a few nights and things were overall fine. Your average hotel experience. But our key cards could never gain access to the pool. Our last night, we decided we’d give it one more try. No luck. But we asked the lady at the front desk (the night manager?) if she could open it.
