The service is really not Hilton standard, it's like arriving at a cheap motel on the road. I've traveled and used many Hampton Inns in the USA and this is the first time I've encountered such a low level of customer service education.
Very clean and nicely set up. Erika the front desk receptionist is very friendly. Making the experience even better.
Hotel located conveniently on I-20,staff pleasant and professional, rooms spacious and clean.
The location of the place was great. The staff were very friendly . My only down fall is they need to upgrade . We were in room 206 and you could barely see the tv due to color. It looks like the tv was about to go out . We switched our room to 204 , the tv was a little bit better, but still need to be upgraded. Room 204 had a weird smell at first when the air came on (it needs some upgrading because it wasn’t as new as the one in room 206)
