Rooms are trash. Not updated. TVs are garbage.
This was our 1st time at property and it was great, rooms were spacious and clean. Great location, right off freeway a lot of food and entertainment within proximity. Brandon gave excellent service, he was polite and funny, he was able to accommodate us with an early check in and a complimentary gold member room upgrade, so we were very pleased! Highly recommend this property.
Another won ..3 star hotel acting like a 4 star.My second or 3rd time here. Never really disappoints.Best Bang for your buck. Location is ideal several shopping and restaurants in the vicinity. Quick acsess to the entertainment district..Erica and the morning crew are upbeat and comforting..
I stayed for four nights for a business trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the front desk employees were friendly. Would stay again.
Actually one of the worst hiltons i have ever stayed at. Dried wax on the AC unit, broken and loose tiles in the bathroom, tv backlight is (very nearly) dead, occasional critter in the bathroom, and the loudest damn neighbors i have ever heard. Spend your money elsewhere. Hotel couldn't spare 2 loads of soap for laundry for the shit experience i have had. Makes sense, don't want to spend all their profits on my three week stay. I'd rather stay in my car or motel 6, but my employer paid for this.
