Erica was so nice and welcoming! We had a great visit to Arlington. Nice, clean room and great location.
I stay at a lot of Hilton properties and happened to have my family with me on this stay for the weekend. A few things that lead to my low review: -Broken ice machine on our floor -Free breakfast is clearly just ticking a box, absolutely no heart in the preparation. Oatmeal was soupy opaque water with oats floating in it. Undercooked pancakes were plastered to the steam tray and had to be scraped off. Meat? Defrosted link sausages every day. Eggs? Great place. Pool nice and clean. Breakfast was good.
Very clean hotel and friendly staff. The beds were super comfy. Free warm breakfast in the morning or if in a hurry, they have pre bagged breakfast to take with you.
