Very nice Hampton Inn! The staff was amazing. From Erica and Rokia with the best service and smiles at the front desk, to the sweet maintenance guy and friendly cleaning staff. Breakfast was done well and the hotel is maintained and cared for. Thank you for a great stay!!!
Erica (front desk) and Ernie (bellman) were extremely friendly and receptive at the front desk. I required a lot of assistance at check-in, and they were both extremely gracious and helpful to me. The hotel itself is modern, clean and comfortable. Very happy with this choice!
The staff really made my stay here comfortable and pleasant. I was stressed out and overwhelmed (as travelers often are) on the day that I checked in and Erika at the front desk was charming, patient and kind. She made me feel very welcome and cheerfully accommodated some nonstandard requests. When I checked out Luis also was super kind to me. Hugely grateful for these two whose kindness made a tough week easier. Would stay again
