Booked this hotel during a 22 hour drive. Booked through hotels.com which I always do, but messed up the dates. Generally can just have the hotel change the dates of the booking. But, the woman working said she was new and did not know how to do that. So instead she canceled my booking and had me rebook for the correct dates, ensuring me they would have the original booking refunded when requested through hotels.com. This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. Very clean, modern and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
They were really just rude and and left my nails crooked
The rooms were very clean and the place was mostly quiet until about 9pm there was slamming and stomping for about an hour. The only complaint is the hot tub was freezing!!! We always like to get in the hot tub after a hard day at work. I don’t think it could be placed in a better location. Dalhart is just a nasty little town.
