Rude and dismissive and dishonest. Do not stay here unless you are a wealthy vampire. ..Because the building echos all sounds and they will surprise you with a charge on your credit card that is not on the invoice they send to you… I could hear my neighbors above use their toilets and turn over in bed. The Hampton Inn was a pleasant stay and we really don't have many complaints. The only thing I had an issue with, which caused a three-star overall, was the misleading photo they used for the pool area. We spent extra money to stay at this hotel, specifically because the picture they posted of the pool. The photo made it look much larger and nicer than it was in person.
