Walked in. Was not greeted. Waited 6-7 minutes and finally spoke up while two workers were laughing about something on their computer. Got up to the room and found a langer black hair in one bed. The beds are very soft and nice. Took a shower after being at the beach. Shower heads have no water pressure. Also, maybe soft water and it took my kids and I awhile to get the sand off of us. My stay here was pretty good overall a pretty good breakfast and a nice comfortable bed the pillows are as flat as a flat crust pizza though. They had a nice water dispenser in the front of the lobby as well with nice cold water in it. While they also have a nice pool setup. The bathroom was a bit dirty it had hair in the tub, a dry and crunchy face towel on the shower curtain, and brown spots on the toilet that I cleaned with cleaning supplies. Front Desk Clerk is RUDE!!!!!!!! Asked for her name several times to file a complaint & she kept hanging up. We visited this hotel, left something behind & when attempting to reclaim it, she had a horrible attitude about it. We had previously spoke to Zoe who assured us the item would be stored. However, now that we’re trying to retrieve the item, the front desk clerk has an issue about it?? We did absolutely nothing to her, we don’t even know her to be treated with little to no respect. On a business trip July 2, 2025, would have thought a Hilton brand Hotel would be a clean place to sleep and get refreshed for the night. Nope. Booked their "business mini suite" and was very disappointed to walk into a DIRTY Room on the 2nd floor. Their mini kitchen is right next to the door, so as you open the door the 1st thing you see is the sink. The sink was dirty with crumbs from the previous person.
