The only reason I gave a 1 star is because that was my only choice. They don’t even deserve a 1 star. Very poor customer service. I attempted to cancel my reservation after the cancellation window. Unfortunately we had an unforeseen emergency and were unable to travel last minute and they refused to cancel my reservation fully. I was still charged for 1 night. This is ridiculous because emergencies do occur it wasn’t an intentional cancellation. Be aware before making a reservation at this property.
