The rooms weren’t bad, the pool was so disgusting not sure why it was open, the chlorine smell was unbearable everyone was sneezing, I called the front desk to see if this was normal and she said the pool should have been closed. Well there was about 20 other people in there it was terrible. I do want to give the breakfast attendant a shout out, that lady was working so hard to keep everything looking clean and stocked. Horrible hotel. Horrible service, Shower stream is very weak. No water for coffee, no shampoo/shower gel. All around terrible service and 400 DOLLARS A NIGHT??? OUTRAGEOUS.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The room had several serious issues. The carpet was completely soaked with water, the bathroom light switches were not working properly, and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The room was poorly maintained and not worth the high price we paid. This experience completely ruined our trip. Stayed here for about 3 months and I can't express how amazing the service was! The staff was always friendly and made sure to get my room cleaned on time after my shift. I worked nights so Estelle was usually there. She was friendly and made sure our group had everything we need! The breakfast was good and the hotel was always clean! 10/10

Excellent Hotel. First time stay. Will definitely book reservations again!!! They offer a great Breakfast also.
