Everything was good. Staff were great, make eye contact, greets you. Keep it up! Enjoyed our stay.
I booked a room for my husband to see our daughter graduates from college. I mistakenly booked in Conway Arkansas rather the Conway SC.. I contacted Booking.com they said Call the hotel which I did . They said booking .com needs to address the issue . I lost 280.00 no refund .. don’t recommend this hotel or booking .com..
Everything was superb including the prices. Top notch parking, room, shower, friendly and helpful night staff, and BREAKFAST. WE WILL RETURN. Full fitness room and pool. On my second stay the staff is still sharp and friendly. Roo. And breakfast still superb. Nice place. Will return.
