Rooms were nice and comfortable. Pool was okay. Most of the staff we encountered were kind and polite.

We really enjoyed staying here. Friendly people. We were there Monday through Friday. There was breakfast and dinner every day! Fresh cooked, not like some other places.

The room was a suite because it had to sleep five guests. The room had no towels, no toilet paper, and no Kleenex. We requested those items from the front desk and they told us that someone would bring those items to our room. No one ever came. So when we went to the front desk, we were kind, didn’t mention that we had already requested it. The front desk was dismissive and discourteous. It certainly appears the front office is poorly trained and poorly managed. Do not stay at this location.

Absolutely horrible stay. If you are on the street side, you have these large light beams that are on all night. The pool was disgusting, no pool towels and no one ever put any back. The elevator had Syrup all over the floor for over 24hr without anyone doing anything. Every where was dirty and smelled like week. We woke up to both our rooms smelling like week. When I said something to the lady at the front desk she just said “okay?”. Would not recommend
