First off, wonderful staff. From Matt up front when we checked in to the maintenance man that was at our room in two mins when we reported something to the food service staff. All top notch. My daughter and I had a Suite. I got tripped up with what should have been simple things but don't travel often either. Couldn't figure out how to change the thermostat. Apparently you have to hold down a button until the temperature number blinks and then move up or down. Simple instructions would have been nice. We also were facing the... read more

I stayed for two days and on my last day there were alot of ants that got on my personal items. I notified the front desk and advised of the ants. We checked out early due to the ants and so that maintenance could take care of it. When I was at the front desk, the lady ststed she could not refund due to it being booked through expedia. I contacted expedia they stated that the hotel would not refund at least a day since it was my last day. Will never stay with Hampton Inn ever again. Told me one thing and did another. I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Concord on August 28th and 29th, and I cannot say enough good things about the exceptional service provided by the team. Right from the start, Jalen T. made a massive impact. I was greeted by Jalen with such warmth and familiarity—as a first impression, that is major and set the perfect tone for the rest of my stay.
