Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. We came in hoping for the best - we previously used to live less than 5 minutes from here and had high hopes. Upon checking in we made our way to the room where it smelled of cigarette smoke and mold. We found the sheets to be dirty too. We asked for a different room and they sent us across the hall. I travel to Hilton at least threw times a year for work. Everytime I travel I stay at the Hampton Inn. The rooms are nice, clean, and up to date. The service from all is top notch. This stay I brought my Cavapoo (Dog). The staff was so welcoming to my dog. The front desk attendant CooCoo was so friendly and remembered Nachos name and made a point to say hi to him everytime we walked to the lobby. I couldn't even believe how horrible the floor was in room 210!! It needs to be repaired & inspected!! It was a trip hazard which my father tripped on it a couple of times as well as myself. We were wondering at times if the floor would cave in and could really feel vibrations. It's not worth spending $5 to stay there. Also, the breakfast was hardly stocked up and food was cold. Very disappointing for this type of hotel which we usually stay at. Would be nice if we could have at least gotten reimbursed.
