This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in North America There was a problem with the lock on my room and I kept getting locked ... It happened on 5 different occasions during my 5 night stay Most of the staff was extremely unhelpful and some were downright condescending I asked for a different room .. but apparantly they were fully booked and when I asked that the remaining portion of my stay be cancelled so I could book another hotel they refused I'm a Hilton diamond member and have spent about 50 odd nights a... read more
One of the best hotel in columbus by Easton mall I just love this location of Hampton Inn the v3ry best of all
Only problem was the mold in the AC vents
If you ask them to clean the room , they will make a lie ( you should request the day before ) Breakfast , what breakfast !!!
