Probably the worst hotel in the area. Hampton inns are usually nice anc clean and well ran. But not this place. Here are a few takeaways: - first upon check in there were about 10 ppl in line on a Saturday around 4pm and check in took about 40 minutes. Rooms not ready, one person behind the desk moving at a snails speed. - elevator lights out, elevator doesn’t go to the 5th floor wtf - room was ok but the blackout curtain didn’t go all the way down so I didn’t get a good nights sleep. Bennie front desk was great .👍 very helpful. KITCHEN, omg very dirty. No food ready at 6am . No one clean the kitchen day before. Everything sticky dirty at 6am. March 28, HIRE someone who cares about the job
To anyone who wants honest people who want to work with you DO NOT GO HERE go down the road bout same price and super good people that will help you with your needs. Recently booked for 3 nights at the hotel to take 7 year old to Lego land and COSI. Got there at check in time hotel had sign up that stated pool was under construction and out of service.
