Had a fantastic experience. Staff especially Kristi and the house keeping staff did an amazing job. We had an emergency csection mom and critical baby..they were so attentive and accommodated our requests. They did an amazing job. Thanks
Stayed here because it was close to the hospital and also served breakfast. However the 1st morning their oven had broke down so there was only waffles and cereal. They got it fixed later that day and the next day had their full breakfast menu out! The room was very clean and had plenty of towels, washcloths, and even had shampoo/conditioner/body wash if you dont bring your own. Check-in was very easy as I had booked online. All I had to do was give them my name. Would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling.
Nice place to stay. Close to plenty of stores if you forgot something. Only down side is the restaurant closed 2 weeks ago and is getting revamped but if that's the biggest problem I can live with that
What a great hotel, they have a restaurant attached, free breakfast and it was extremely clean!! I do enjoy the quality you get when you stay with Hilton and their rewards/loyalty program is great.
A very old and dirty hotel room was dirty. And in poor condition, as well as hair in the bed. I was awoke eleven thirty at night.But a front desk telling me that I need to give them a good credit card because mine had been declined.. What's just probably true, because I shut my card off when i'm not using as prevention of fraud... I asked when I check in if they needed a credit card and the heather of the assistant manager said.But they had it was on file already with my reservation...
