First time visiting Dallas, and Haley, the hostess, made my stay even better. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. 😁 10/10, I highly recommend this place. Be sure to say hello to Haley!
I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this is probably the worst. You would think that with this location it would be a good experience but it’s not. The staff are rude and in no way want to be helpful. You can call the front desk from your room and they won’t answer and even when you go downstairs to the front desk nobody is there. I sat at the front desk for at least 15 minutes and there was nobody there to help me. When she finally came back to the desk she was annoyed that we were asking for towels.
