I booked this hotel through Capital One Travel and put my husband as the primary guest because he was supposed to take my son to his basketball tournament. He ended up having to stay back and I brought our son along with the rest of our team. When I tried to check in the manager at the hotel told me I could not check in since my husband was listed.
