Service is always great here...they know how to pick their team! We expected more from our room after touting renovations, but still a little tired in some regards. Maybe we were spoiled staying here over the years remembering it then...
Nice hotel with great location on beach. Friendly service with authentic smile. Rooms are nicely furnished but I just can't get positive feelings from American showers. We also had three days meetings in the conference room and catering for the meeting was very well organized. And delicious plus variable in all days. Parking garage in first five floors was spacious enough for the hotel.
Stayed here 2 nights on 8th floor just above the restaurant. Great view from our room with partial view of ocean. Diamond member so free and preferred parking with room view upgrade. Checkin staff fantastic and easy. Entrance to hotel and little hard to finf but parking staff outside saw us and guided us in. Very tight parking spaces but ok. Room was nice with balcony and 2 queen beds with microwave and fridge. Upon checking in microwave not working but figured out was unplugged. Also shower gel was empty but went to front d... read more
We stayed one night at Hampton Inn & Suites Clearwater Beach and had a fantastic experience. The staff was amazing, especially Greg at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond. Breakfast the next morning was actually really good, and the rooftop area was a highlight. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail and light appetizers while watching the sunset.
