NO HOT WATER!!!FREEZING 🥶. I came to the Harrison Ave because of its location for an extended stay. Bad idea. The warm water has no pressure and there is NO HOT WATER
Family is staying here. The water is cold and the hot water has no pressure.
My Uncle and Aunt are currently staying in a room at this location and my an uncle asked me to leave this review on his behalf. Their room has no hot water. Only lukewarm water at best. The cleaning staff don’t know how to how to make beds. However, they have excellent breakfast .
I am truly impressed with this establishment. Was greeted with kindness by Brandon (Desk Clerk) he was very helpful and informative & approachable. I also met (Desk Clerk) Cordell another helpful professional employee and Courtney who wears many hats. Clean I mean immaculate, look at the picture of the hallway, employees were being proactive and doing their duties. I will truly be booking with Hampton Inn Suites from now on!🥰 Things offered: Continental breakfast Weight room Laundry facilities Swimming pool
Rooms nice clean and new however, at least on 4th floor hot water in shower never gets hot just above warm. Still recommend
