We had the best stay! Service was wonderful, I wish I could recall for sure, but I think it was Lakeisha that helped us at check in and she was incredibly kind and helpful. (Check in was around 2:30 on 7/23) Courtney was also great!! Our breakfast attendant was also very kind and so sweet to my family. Rooms were very clean and everything seemed fresh. And I love a well stocked coffee bar!! Can't wait to return!

Were locked out of our room because door battery died. Employee was not trained on devices to try to fix door. Employee called 3 managers, none answered. She called owner who tried to walk her through the steps. The device didnt work. She brought out another device but again didn't know how to use it. Hours into the night my husband figured out the device to open tge dior. The charger was left on all night but the battery never charged. This is probably one of the best places we have stayed at. Everyone especially Val at front desk bent over backwards to make our stay exceptionally comfortable.

Booked through Expedia. We have done this numerous times because it’s usually cheaper than going directly through hotel. Asked for a top floor away from elevator and highway. Upon arriving at 3 to check-in. Room wasn’t ready, I didn’t get the 4th floor, was told people stayed longer and didn’t check out. Was told to never go through a 3rd party because you are no longer dealing with the Hotel, you are dealing with a 3rd party.
