We got to the hotel after a four hour drive and were told the manager cancelled our reservation that afternoon. We were not notified of the cancellation. We were given no reason for the cancellation. We had to reach out to the third party site we booked through ourselves to get a refund. Hilton made us book another room, at a higher cost, so we had somewhere to sleep that night. The ladies who work here are very nice. The room is very dated. The bed has a really thin uncomfortable mattress and is really low to the floor. Not sure what was happening under the bed. It was not worth the money they charged. I would not recommend it.

Love this place. It's like being at home! Place is excellent MAINLY due to the incredible staff. Courtney Dick, front desk extraordinaire is professional, confident and friendly. Treats guest as family even if she is surrounded by check ins and outs. Linda brings warmth and kindness to the best breakfast buffet. Kate is friendly and loves kids, Donna is also friendly.
