Everything was wonderful. We skipped the free break or we would have given 5 stars.
Fairly new hotel, modern and clean. Nice bath with large shower. Nice selections for breakfast. Can be tricky if you want to turn left onto Harrison when leaving.
I did not find the beds here particularly comfortable. The lobby seating area has no television so if you wanted to gather as a group and watch something you could not. The hotel felt secure, you needed to use your key card in the elevator to access your floor. I had issues checking in where a room I reserved earlier was given to another guest. This caused a lot of frustration. An apology for giving the room to someone else was not offered, only that those reservations are merely a request that do not have to be honored. So ... read more
