Overall, room was nice. Great breakfast and quality coffee. Was very disappointed the pool was FREEZING. Had I have known that I would've chose differently. Staff was very friendly and the place looked well maintained. The breakfast attendant was on top of it, it was a busy Sunday morning with soccer tournament but she did a great job.
Blow dryer didn’t work. Complaint ignored. Keys didn’t work and had to be reset then quit working several times(1 night stay). Carpet was atrocious and difficult to walk on in hallway(water damage?). Advertised streaming tv but it wasn’t hooked up to internet. No response to this complaint either. Young front desk folks were outstanding and kind. What a poor excuse for a Hilton member. Never again. Sorry I used 30,000 points! I was embarrassed for them!!!
