It's unfortunate the Hotel Manager isn't customer friendly. No consistency, one day available water/ w fruit for guests & the next day he told me we don't do that everyday. How much does it cost for water , ice & some fruit slices? No continental breakfast, room had tile pieces dislodged from wall, shower door off hinges, clothes closet door off hinges. What????? You decide if it's a go!!
Arrived at 1:20am on July 11, 2025 after driving 13 hours from Rochester MN. During our trip we were delayed by 2 major traffic accidents. We arrived after midnight. We had prepaid $936.00 for 4 nights of lodging but when we arrived at this location the person on the desk said that our Reservation had been cancelled for all 4 nights since we didn’t arrive and check-in before midnight. For a Hilton brand hotel, and almost $300.00 total for 1 night, I would have expected far greater value and better conditions. Start with the positives, the staff and check in were very good. The location was ideal just before Cincinnati when traveling south bound. We were able to get on road early Sunday morning ahead of the traffic. The primary negative for me was the premium price point and extreme outdated condition of the hotel. I arrived to a very warm room, which failed to cool down after an hour. It was in the upper 90s outside, and 80 in the room. Management did not offer any solutions. At 12:00am, the fan on the unit stopped. I had to check out of the hotel and move to the Hilton Garden Inn at 12:30am. Almost a week later and two phone calls to the hotel, I have not received word back from a manager (which was promised to me last week). I will not be returning
