Clean hotel, very representative of the Hampton Inn Brand. Nice breakfast. Bathroom was very nice for the brand. Overall, great job!
The room is clean, the hotel is under renovations. No towels at check in but the front desk took care of that promptly. Breakfast was good clean and hot. No carpet in the room, struck me as odd but I suppose it helps keep the place clean. Window treatments are in great condition, blocked out the outside light, the door could use a seal to keep out sound and light. Exhaust fan in the room didn't work.
Great location with ample shopping and restaurants. The hotel is under renovation but otherwise clean and updated. The front desk service is subpar at best. The evening and night shift our first night there were rude at best. The night shift couldn’t be bothered to look up from her cell phone long enough to acknowledge me. The daylight person seemed irritated with all interactions. Very disappointed overall.
Do not stay here if you value the fitness center or friendly service. Rooms are good and close to alot of activities but, all dumbell are missing.......I mean seriously
Staff is friendly. Rooms could use some updates and show some small wear and tear, but not bad.
