We stay in this area a lot. Alternating between the three Hilton owned properties. The room we had this stay was not great. The bed was very uncomfortable and made noise any time you rolled over. Also dipped in the middle. The sink in the bathroom did not drain well. I don’t recommend this hotel.
I recommend staying here because the staff (Char at the front desk especially!) are incredibly helpful. We took a trip to the area almost specifically to let my wife (8 mo. pregnant) get some relief in a pool and because my toddler also loves to swim. Unfortunately they had just completed maintenance on the pool heater that very day so the pool was still ice cold. Char told us that she would call a sister hotel (a 30 second walk) and that we could swim in their pool. This made our trip 100% worth it and we appreciate her off... read more
