In the shower in the room there is only one safety handle to get in and out of the shower. The location of the bathroom sink faucet is not a good location causing water to splash everywhere . The carpet in the room and outside the room needs cleaning and replaced. The elevator needs maintenance work. Israa and NK the breakfast attendants were very helpful. Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful with her smile and service.
I don’t u destined how you all don’t have 5 stars. Service was outstanding from all the staff. Rooms were clean and showers hot. Beds were so comfy we spent one day just sleeping in. Breakfast served hot for 4 hours with many choices. We came in for tennis open and loved it. I would come back again. Only thing pool was closed for maintenance for weekend but still excellent hotel
Liz is super friendly. Very friendly staff and super clean. Great breakfast as well. This might be our new place to stay when we come to Cincinnati.
