The rooms were nice and the hotel itself self was in a great location. However, I unfortunately left my sports coat hanging in the closet. I called the hotel the day after my check out and they directed me to make a ticket on the Hilton lost item service. It has now been a week with no reply on my ticket, and I have called the front desk several times and they say they will let house keeping know to go complete it the ticket. I have over 90 nights in hotels in the past year and I have left things in the past and used ileftmy... read more
Great stay in a wonderful historical location. We enjoyed all that cincinnati had to offer. Beatrice was wonderful with valet and the front desk staff felt like family
There was food left in our refrigerator upon arrival and the room lay out was weird, ok but weird. Valet was pretty quick and did a good job getting the wait list taken care of. Beatrice did good shortening our wait.
Visiting in town to see family. Stayed at the homewood suites by Hilton while I was here. Valet in charge Beatrix was super helpful and warm with greetings. Thank you again I will be back…
