Clean and quiet room, however it had no mini fridge.
Love staying here for Bengals games, the location is perfect and the staff accommodating. We've had small issues a couple of times and they've fixed it quickly.
Due to apartment renovation I was moved here. 8/19-9/19. I did not want to stay in a hotel. However, I am so glad I ended up here. I have felt so welcomed. Everyone has been amazing. Very good vibe. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much. ✌️🩵
Our floor was very hot. The shower door didn’t close all the way so the floor got soaked. Even with towels down. Air wouldn’t go down far enough so our room was on the warmer side. Parking was more than what was stated when we booked. Our bed was very uncomfortable also. Service was very awesome though! Very helpful as well. It was our first time.
