Worst Hampton Inn of the 30 ot do we have stayed. No refrigerator in basic room. Furniture in lobby filthy. Holes in mats on elevators. Carpeting all over stained and dirty. Parking was $42 plus tip. Waited 45 minutes for car. Rooms had only sheer curtains/ no blocking sun. Staff not friendly is fast
I stayed at this hotel with another friend during Black Tech week. When we arrived in our room, the TV was broken. The screen had major crack in it. It was unusable. I’m not sure how the hotel staff missed it but when we asked for a replacement the maintenance person said he wasn’t allowed to move televisions. They have a tracking process and only certain personnel could do that. He did get us another room with a working TV. Nice clean rooms,convenient location to the ballpark. There are plenty of parking options next to and right across from the hotel .service was amazing and couldn't be more helpful.
This hotel and customer service is horrible. I wasn’t able to make my already booked and PAID IN FULL reservation due to a death in the family and this hotel not only didn’t offer any kind of refund, they also charged me another $150 “no show” room fee. I called prior to the check in date to tell them I wasn’t able to make the reservation and the rude woman I spoke to confirmed I had already been charged in full for the room and would NOT be charged anything additional for not showing up for the reservation.
