Great room . Comfortable. No safe. Housekeeping kept forgetting us. Management got involved to help. Breakfast was meh, we ended up eating at First Watch around the corner on 7th. Would stay again.
Jensen was extremely courteous and professional and offered information on the best places to eat and find entertainment downtown. I enjoyed my stay.
Not an incredible experience, but the room was very clean. Had some wonky elements - very loud a/c and the shower knob was broken but could still technically be operated. The breakfast was very good. For the price, all rooms should have a mini fridge and microwave. Overall not a bad stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.
This place sucks! The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because of the arcatecture. They sent me to a hotel literally ON THE AIRPORT because there was a baseball game. I even checked in six weeks in advance and got replace by another person. By the way, do NOT visit the double tree by the Cincinnati airport because it smells like manuer also, Me and my son have a five star view of PACKAGES BEING LOADED ONTO A PLANE! You might think I’m a Karen but if you visit this you will see what I mean.
